FANCY features a ruffled one shoulder bodice, full dupioni silk skirt & layers of tulle. This dress is very full, shown without any pettiskirt. The ruffle fabric is available in winter white (ivory) or black only. Includes extra large bow sash in dupioni silk which can be worn with the bow in the front or back. Silk bow sash can be made in any color.
